Humanitarian organizations I care about. If you are looking for somewhere to give, these are the ones I would point you to.

World Central Kitchen

Founded by chef José Andrés in 2010. When a storm, an earthquake, or a war takes a community’s kitchens away, WCK arrives and cooks — buying food and hiring cooks locally, so the response feeds the economy as well as the people.

The Michael J. Fox Foundation

Founded by Michael J. Fox in 2000 and now the largest nonprofit funder of Parkinson’s research in the world. It was built to put itself out of business — to fund the science that ends the disease rather than manage it forever.

The United Nations Children’s Fund has worked for children since 1946 — vaccines, clean water, schooling, and protection — in more than 190 countries, including the hardest places to reach.

Every Donate button goes straight to the organization’s own page. There are no affiliate codes or referral links here — nothing is routed through me, and I never learn whether you gave.
